My sister and I are currently trying GM Diet. Here, you’re only allowed to eat a set of food on a daily basis for 7 days.
DAY 1 IS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL FRUITS
Here’s what we had for Day 1:
Early Breakfast: Since we havent bought any fruits yet, I ate arroz caldo after the morning run. (cheating na ba agad? hahaha =))
Breakfast at 8:30: 1 piece apple + water
Morning Snack: 1 slice of Papaya + water
Lunch: 1 slice of watermelon + water
Afternoon Snack: 1 orange + water
6pm Snack: 1 glass of Coconut water / Buko Juice
8:30 Dinner: 1 slice of papaya + water
WEIGHT LOSS ON DAY 1: 1 lb
